Starting January 20th 2025, join our group classes every other Monday evening from 18:00–19:00, facilitated by Myrthe. These transformative classes are designed to guide you in accessing and experiencing the energetics of life —the subtle forces that shape your relationships, intimacy, health, business, and the impact you have on others.
By aligning your energy with your authentic nature, you’ll experience shifts that ripple through all areas of your life—how you connect with emotions, expand your dreams and goals, and elevate your influence on those around you. Our 12 stages of healing group classes invite you to explore the sacred interplay between how you observe yourself - your thoughts, fears, roles, hopes and dreams - and the influence you consciously or unconsciously have on others.
Using Transformative tools like Somato Respiratory Integration (SRI) and the 12 stages of healing, we uncover the energetic patterns that show up in key areas of your life, such as:

Group Classes
Single class: 350kr
5-Class Pass: 1500kr
10-Class Pass: 2800kr
Private Sessions
1500kr per 40-minute session (online or in-person)
Active members of Ryggrörelsen receive a 15% discount on group classes (only the 5 and 10 class pass) and private sessions.
